the work

I aim to serve as an emotional and cognitive mirror. As a guide and coach in emotional self explorations, self reflections, insight seeking, and creative problem solving. To facilitate the opening of new pathways forward, through renewed emotional choices, revisions of internal dialogues, and reframed worldviews.

I am offering you my time, to sit and talk to you.

No more. No less.

Emotional Self Regulation. Internal Narrative Management. Grief Support. Interpersonal Relationships.
